The City of Centerville is now hiring for the seasonal position of Groundskeeper with The Golf Club at Yankee. The Golf Club at Yankee Trace is a championship 27-hole resort-style golf course that includes a full-service restaurant and high-end banquet facilities. We seek energetic and hardworking people who can assist us in delivering exemplary customer service to our guests.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operates mowers, trimmers, hand tools, and other grounds maintenance equipment.
- Waters and fertilizes tees, greens, and fairways.
- Assists Golf Course Technician in performing daily course maintenance (ex. Sets tee markers and cups on greens, fills and maintains ball washers, etc.)
- Assists in project work (ex. Laying sod and seeding tees, greens, and fairways)
- Miscellaneous manual labor and other related tasks
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must be at least 16 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
